Welcome to Border Padel Co.!

Bringing padel tennis to the Scottish Borders with two premium, indoor facilities.

You can find us at Cliftonhill Farm just outside of Kelso and now at Wellrig Farm just outside of St Boswells, where our state-of-the-art indoor padel courts are tucked away inside converted farm sheds. After your game you can relax in our cosy clubhouses next door.

Book your court slot through Playtomic or if you’re new to the game you can sign up to one of our coaching sessions. Padel rackets and balls are available for free for all players, every time you play. New balls are also available to buy in our clubhouse.

  • Padel is a racket sport that’s often described as a cross between tennis and squash. It uses the same scoring as tennis and you can hit the ball off the walls like squash. You can find out more about the game of padel here.

  • We have two facilities:

    Border Padel Co. @ Cliftonhill Farm, Kelso TD57QE.

    Border Padel Co. Central @ Wellrig Farm, Melrose TD6 9ET.

    You’ll see our signs on the road to help you find us.

  • You can park in the free car parks at each Border Padel Co. location. These are located just next to the courts and clubhouses. There are signs on the road to point you in the right direction.

  • You can book our courts for a slot of 1 hour, 1.5 hours or 2 hours via the Playtomic app.

    2- Set up an account

    3- Search for Border Padel Co or add in your location to find our facilities. Make sure you add to your favourites so you can find us easily!

    4- Select the Border Padel Co. club that you want to play at, and book your slot!

  • We are open 8am to 10pm, seven days a week.

  • OFF PEAK

    8am-4pm Monday - Friday

    Court rental £24 per hour (£6 per person)

    ON PEAK

    4pm-10pm Monday - Friday

    8am-10pm weekends

    Court rental £36 per hour (£9 per person)

  • Yes, rackets and balls are available for free when you play - you will find them at the side of the court or in the clubhouse.

    If you would like to buy your own balls or rackets these are available to buy in the clubhouse.

  • Yes, you can find out about our coaching sessions and other events like americano tournaments and leagues on the Playtomic app.

  • You need four people to play padel.

    You can book for your group via Playtomic.
